rose plastic and ROBOWORKER Automation: An Alliance Setting New Standards

As part of our long-term growth strategy, we welcomed ROBOWORKER Automation GmbH, based in Weingarten, Germany, into our corporate group as a sister company effective November 1, 2026. Together, we are combining our expertise to become even more capable and versatile for our customers.

The demands in our industry are constantly evolving, and global challenges are also on the rise. Our goal is not only to keep pace with this change but to actively shape it. With the integration of ROBOWORKER Automation GmbH as a sister company, we are opening a new chapter.

Why are we taking this step?
The acquisition of ROBOWORKER Automation GmbH enables us to expand our business activities and offer our customers even better service:
Packaging materials and automation merge into packaging solutions that are distinguished by their design, automation capabilities, and standardized machine construction for each product group. This potential is amplified by factors such as demographics, the push toward automation in high-wage countries, quality assurance, and increasing flexibility.

“At rose plastic, we strive to provide our customers with additional value—in addition to our well-known USPs, such as product diversity and global manufacturing,” emphasizes Thiemo Rösler, CEO of rose plastic AG. “The alliance of two experts sharing the same values offers tremendous potential.”

For ROBOWORKER Automation GmbH, the acquisition as a sister company means expanding its product portfolio (Automation Round Tools), ensuring business continuity, gaining access to an international network of companies, and securing investment capital.
